I can't say it's the worst Fringe show ever -- just the worst I've ever seen. The content is as close to NIL as can be mustered while extending a piece 60 minutes. Worse still, Payne reads most of his material and otherwise just mugs around or mocks the very people he's counted on to provide him material (which most have wisely refrained from doing).
