A Mixed Review

There's no doubt that Vanessa Quesnell is a talented performer.   That said, it took four of us a long time after the show ended  to figure out what we thought it was saying.  (It would have helped *some* if we'd remembered the blurb in the program but we didn't.)  On our own, we decided she was asleep or in a coma at the beginning, semi-awoke and then experienced recollections of various events in her past life.  These were well told and very interesting.  What thing none of us liked about the show was the length of time it took before the stories began.  Way too long standing death-still on stage at the beginning, followed by a way too lengthy frenetic dance routine.  The show is worth seeing, but would be vastly improved by cutting the length of this opening and adding a few recollections to make up for the time cut from the motionless opening and subsequent dance.  Nobody seemed to know what was going on until the remeniscences began.
